1. Package Pricing & Billing
Payment terms: Payable upfront
Payment method: PayNow / Credit Card
Services commence upon confirmation of payment.
2. Service Description
You are engaging THE ARCHEMISTS to provide you with the AI Automation Pre-Launch Package, which includes:
A 24/7 AI Customer Support Assistant that can be embedded on your website, as well as integrated with your WhatsApp Business account, Facebook Business Account Messenger, and Instagram Business Account DM (direct message)
Automated lead capture
Access to an all-in-one AI platform for managing reviews and posts on selected social media business accounts, funnels/website, and content creation
Technical support (AI Customer Support Assistant & Lead capture automation integrated with the provided AI platform)
3. Client Responsibility
To enable us to deliver the services, you agree to:
Grant us timely access to your website, Facebook/Instagram Business Page, WhatsApp Business API (where applicable), and other required platforms.
Provide accurate business information, branding, and content (e.g., FAQs, customer scripts) necessary for configuration.
Respond promptly to requests for information or approvals.
Not use the service for unlawful or prohibited purposes.
4. Refund Policy
Yearly Package (SGD7,500 NETT)
Cancellation within 14 days of signing: Refund of SGD6,750 (SGD7,500 less one month’s fee of SGD750).
Cancellation after 14 days but within 3 months: Refund is pro-rated for unused months minus a 2-month service fee penalty.
Cancellation after 3 months: No refunds.
Monthly Package (SGD750 NETT / SGD1,500 NETT first month)
Cancellation within 14 days of a billing cycle: 50% refund of that month’s fee.
Cancellation after 14 days of a billing cycle: No refund, unless services have not yet commenced for that cycle
5. Terms & Conditions
Service Scope: Services are provided as described in Section 2. Any additional requests may be subject to new agreement or fees.
Access: Client must grant THE ARCHEMISTS necessary access to accounts, platforms, and tools required for implementation.
Payment: Payment is due upon invoice. Services will only commence after payment is confirmed.
Refund Policy: As described in Section 4.
Limitation of Liability: While THE ARCHEMISTS will use reasonable skill and care in providing services, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., sales figures) and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination: Either party may terminate with written notice. Fees already paid are subject to Refund Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if you fail to pay fees on time and/or misuse or abuse the services (e.g., spam, illegal activity). If terminated due to your breach, no refunds will be provided.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore.
6. Consent & Acknowledgement
I hereby confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions above. I authorise THE ARCHEMISTS to proceed with the service package selected.
